Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing, or using Web2Hits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register for or use Web2Hits.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to register for or use Web2Hits.

By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

2. One Person, One Legitimate Account

Accounts must be created and operated by real individuals. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through your account.

Creating duplicate accounts, fraudulent accounts, automated accounts, or accounts intended to manipulate the Web2Hits system is prohibited unless Web2Hits has expressly authorized otherwise.

3. Absolutely No Cheating

Cheating is strictly prohibited.

Members may not artificially generate hits, credits, referrals, impressions, clicks, page views, rewards, or other activity.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

• Using bots, scripts, macros, automated browsers, auto-clickers, or similar automation.
• Attempting to bypass or manipulate surf timers.
• Automatically completing surf requirements without legitimately viewing the displayed website.
• Manipulating credits, account balances, statistics, referrals, or hit counters.
• Opening multiple automated surfing sessions for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or programming errors.
• Interfering with Web2Hits security systems or anti-cheat protections.
• Using any method intended to create fraudulent or artificial traffic.

Anti-Cheat Detection in the Surf Area

Web2Hits uses automated and manual anti-cheat security systems within the surf area to help protect the integrity of the traffic exchange.

While surfing, Web2Hits may monitor activity and technical signals for behavior that may indicate the use of auto-clickers, bots, scripts, macros, automated browsing software, attempts to bypass the surf timer, mechanically generated clicking, or other methods intended to obtain credits without legitimately participating in the traffic exchange.

The anti-cheat system may require members to complete verification checks while surfing. Activity detected by the anti-cheat system may also be recorded for review by Web2Hits administrators.

Detection by an automated anti-cheat system does not necessarily mean that a violation has occurred. Web2Hits may review detected activity and other available information when determining whether account action is appropriate.

Members who deliberately attempt to bypass, disable, manipulate, interfere with, or evade Web2Hits anti-cheat protections may have their surfing privileges restricted and may be subject to account suspension or termination in accordance with these Terms.

By using the Web2Hits surf area, you acknowledge and agree that anti-cheat and abuse-prevention systems may be used while you surf.

Discovery of deliberate cheating may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of improperly obtained credits or benefits.

4. Websites Must Display Inside the Surf Frame

Websites submitted to the Web2Hits traffic exchange must properly display and remain visible inside the Web2Hits surf frame.

Websites that intentionally break out of the surf frame, redirect the entire surf window, prevent normal surfing, repeatedly reload the surf system, or otherwise interfere with the Web2Hits surf frame may be removed.

Web2Hits reserves the right to remove any submitted URL that is incompatible with the traffic exchange or interferes with the normal operation of the surfing system.

5. Illegal Content Is Prohibited

You may not use Web2Hits, submitted websites, advertisements, user-created pages, profile pages, promotional pages, or any other Web2Hits feature to publish, distribute, advertise, promote, or link to content that violates applicable law.

This prohibition applies to content hosted directly on Web2Hits as well as external websites submitted to the traffic exchange.

6. Pornographic and Adult Sexual Content

Pornographic websites and sexually explicit adult websites are prohibited.

Web2Hits may remove websites or content containing explicit sexual material, pornographic imagery or video, sexually explicit services, or links whose primary purpose is directing visitors to prohibited adult content.

7. Casinos and Gambling

Casino, gambling, betting, sportsbook, lottery, and similar real-money gambling websites are prohibited from the Web2Hits traffic exchange and user-page system.

This restriction may also apply to pages primarily designed to redirect visitors to prohibited gambling services.

8. Malicious and Dangerous Websites

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or malicious downloads.
• Phishing pages or credential-stealing websites.
• Fraudulent or deceptive login pages.
• Pages designed to compromise another person's computer, browser, or account.
• Forced downloads.
• Browser-locking or deliberately disruptive scripts.
• Malicious redirects.
• Pages impersonating another person, business, or service for fraudulent purposes.

9. No Abuse, Harassment, or Threats

Abuse will not be tolerated.

Members may not threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, bully, impersonate, or deliberately abuse other members, moderators, administrators, visitors, or Web2Hits staff.

Repeated disruptive behavior, targeted harassment, spam, flooding, or attempts to interfere with another person's ability to use Web2Hits may result in moderation or account action.

10. Chatroom Rules

Web2Hits chatrooms are provided so members can communicate while using the service. Chatrooms may be monitored and moderated by Web2Hits administrators and moderators.

Users should not treat a Web2Hits chatroom as a private communication channel.

Chatroom users must not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate another user.
• Post pornographic or sexually explicit material.
• Post illegal material.
• Spam or repeatedly flood the chat.
• Attempt to bypass moderation controls.
• Impersonate administrators, moderators, or other members.
• Post malicious links.
• Encourage cheating or explain methods for manipulating Web2Hits.
• Attempt to disrupt the chatroom or other Web2Hits services.

Administrators and moderators may remove messages, mute users where supported, remove users from a chatroom, temporarily restrict access, or take other reasonable moderation actions.

11. Moderator and Administrator Authority

Web2Hits administrators and authorized moderators are responsible for enforcing community and chatroom rules.

Attempts to deliberately evade a moderation action by creating another account, changing usernames, or using another method to immediately return after being removed may result in additional account restrictions.

12. User Pages

Any user-page feature provided by Web2Hits must be used lawfully and responsibly.

User pages may not contain illegal content, pornography, prohibited gambling promotions, malware, phishing material, fraudulent content, abusive material, malicious scripts, or other material prohibited by these Terms.

Web2Hits reserves the right to disable or remove a user page that violates these Terms or presents a security or operational risk to the service.

13. Spam and Unsolicited Messages

Web2Hits may not be used to facilitate unlawful spam, mass unsolicited messaging, abusive advertising, or deceptive promotional practices.

Members are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the rules of third-party services they use to promote their websites.

14. Fraud and Misrepresentation

Members may not use Web2Hits to conduct fraud, impersonation, phishing, deceptive schemes, or deliberately misleading activity.

Members may not falsely represent themselves as Web2Hits administrators, employees, moderators, partners, or official representatives.

15. Attempts to Damage or Circumvent Web2Hits

You may not probe, attack, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, bypass access controls, or deliberately interfere with Web2Hits servers, databases, scripts, security systems, traffic-exchange mechanisms, or other infrastructure.

Knowingly exploiting a security vulnerability instead of responsibly reporting it may result in account restrictions and other appropriate action.

16. Submitted Website Responsibility

Members are responsible for websites, advertisements, links, and content they submit to Web2Hits.

Submission or initial acceptance of a website does not guarantee that it will remain approved. Web2Hits may subsequently review and remove content that violates these Terms or creates security, legal, technical, or operational concerns.

17. Traffic and Results Are Not Guaranteed

Web2Hits provides a traffic-exchange service. We do not guarantee sales, leads, conversions, search-engine rankings, advertising revenue, business results, or any specific level or quality of visitor engagement.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Web2Hits may issue a warning, remove content, remove a website from rotation, restrict a feature, suspend an account, or terminate an account.

Serious violations—including deliberate cheating, fraud, malicious activity, illegal content, security attacks, or repeated abuse—may result in immediate action without a prior warning where reasonably necessary to protect Web2Hits, its members, or third parties.

19. No Attempt to Evade Enforcement

If an account is suspended, restricted, or terminated, you may not create or use another account for the purpose of evading that enforcement action.

20. Service Availability

Web2Hits does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical failures, hosting problems, security issues, software updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.

21. Third-Party Websites

Web2Hits contains and displays links to websites operated by third parties. Web2Hits does not control every external website displayed through the traffic exchange and does not endorse a third-party website merely because it appears within the service.

Members should use reasonable caution when visiting third-party websites.

22. Changes to These Terms

Web2Hits may update these Terms of Service as the service, features, security requirements, or applicable requirements change.

The current version posted on Web2Hits will govern continued use of the service from its stated effective date.

23. Agreement to These Rules

By registering for or continuing to use Web2Hits, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and applicable Web2Hits rules.
